Pre-launch draft — pending legal review
Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Telehealth Limitations
Salux is a telehealth platform that facilitates consultations between individuals and licensed medical professionals. Salux does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions are made solely by the licensed doctors on the platform.
Telehealth consultations are not a substitute for in-person emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
Availability of specific services may vary by location. Salux currently operates in Ghana and may expand to additional territories over time.
2. Payments and Subscriptions
Salux offers pay-per-consultation and monthly subscription plans for individuals, as well as organization-covered plans for individuals enrolled through an employer or organization.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize Salux to charge the payment method you provide. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance with billing disputes.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without their permission.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. Salux reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may only use Salux under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.
4. Health Data Usage
Your health information is private by default. Salux does not share your medical data with doctors or any third party without your explicit consent. You control who can view your health profile and can revoke access at any time.
Health data is stored securely and used only to facilitate consultations you initiate. Organization administrators cannot access your medical records.
We may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve the platform. We will never sell your personally identifiable health information.
5. Individual Consent
By using Salux, you consent to receiving telehealth consultations from doctors on the platform. Before sharing your health profile with a doctor for an appointment, you will be given a clear opportunity to grant or withhold that access.
You may withdraw consent for data sharing at any time through your account settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect consultations already completed.
6. Data Deletion and Contact
You may request deletion of your account and associated health data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
For any questions, concerns, or data requests, contact us at support@saluxhealth.com.
